Veretta Yancey is the chief executive officer of a leading a professional services organization in the United States. Her staff of advisors and consultants average 14 years’ experience across the US.
Veretta actively engages with clients across multiple industries, working to ensure that we are consistently delivering a full-service suite of services. She frequently speaks on a broad range of issues facing the business community such as building an IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility) culture and preparing your business to move from a hobby to start-up to a successful corporation.
Prior to forming MANN HR Consultant Group, Veretta worked for Deloitte, United Airlines, Towers Watson, BP and AON Hewitt, where she advised top leaders and provided strategic guidance and management of the overall human resources function. This includes employee relations, diversity and inclusion, recruitment & staffing, performance management, benefit plan design & administration, compensation, training & development, policy & procedures, employment law and EEOC & Affirmative Action compliance.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Organizational Leadership from North Central College and a master’s degree in Adult Education from National-Louis University.
